The Association for Shared Parenting is run and administered by volunteers and lay people. Advice given by representatives of A.S.P. on this website, at advice shops, over the phone, or in our general literature is given on the understanding that it is not official legal advice.

Our aim is to offer support and advice to parents and individuals so that they can be empowered to make their own choices about the course of action they undertake in dealing with their own matters regarding their children.
